Using the Timeline Feature
The Timeline feature provides a chronological view of all activity in your case, from document uploads to AI interactions and team member actions.
Accessing Timeline
From your case workspace, click the Open Timeline button near the top of the page, next to Open Chat.
The Timeline view shows every action taken in the case, organized by date and time.
What Timeline Tracks
Timeline records all case activity including document uploads, file deletions, chat messages, draft creation, simulation runs, and team member actions. Each entry shows the action type, who performed it, and the exact timestamp.
Use Timeline to reconstruct case history, track team member contributions, or identify when specific documents were added or modified.
Navigating Timeline
Timeline displays events in reverse chronological order with the most recent activity at the top. Scroll down to view older events. Each event includes a clear description and timestamp.
Timeline is especially useful for cases with multiple team members or long-running matters where tracking activity history matters for compliance or billing.
