Viewing Transcripts of Audio Files

When you upload audio files to your case knowledge base, Andri automatically transcribes them with speaker diarization. You can view the transcript and label each speaker with custom names.

How to view an audio transcript

  1. Open your case and click the Knowledge Base tab

  2. Find your audio file in the document list

  3. Click on the audio file

  4. Select Transcript to view the full transcription

Labeling speakers

Andri automatically labels speakers as "Speaker 1", "Speaker 2", etc. You can customize these labels to identify who's speaking:

  1. In the transcript view, find the speaker label you want to change

  2. Click on the input field next to the speaker label

  3. Type the person's name or identifier

  4. The label updates throughout the entire transcript

Custom speaker labels make it easier to reference specific participants when working with Andri on your case.

Supported audio formats

You can upload audio files up to 300 MB. Common formats like MP3, WAV, and M4A are supported.
