Work with the BaseNeQXt dossier in Andri
In a linked matter, ask Andri about the dossier in the chat. Andri reads BaseNeQXt at the moment you ask and answers with sources from the dossier: its documents, its parties, the agenda and your mailbox. Documents, parties and hours come from the dossier linked to the matter; to work with another dossier, open or create the matter linked to it.
Read the documents in the dossier
Andri lists the documents, filed email, memos and scans in the dossier, newest first, and reads the ones it needs as citable text. It reads PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook messages, email files, images and scans, and plain text. Reading a document does not add it to the matter; to keep a copy in the matter, sync it as described in Link an existing matter to a BaseNeQXt dossier.
Parties and relations
Andri knows everyone the dossier names in BaseNeQXt: the client and its contact persons, each opposing party with its lawyer, the bailiff, witnesses, experts and other involved relations with their role, and the lawyers at your firm who handle the matter. For a letter or email, Andri reads a party's details, such as function, email address, phone number, city and KvK number.
When a matter is linked to a dossier that is not private, Andri adds these people, apart from your firm's own lawyers, to the matter's Key persons. People already on that list are completed, never overwritten, and nobody is removed. The matter owner can ask Andri to refresh the list after parties change in BaseNeQXt. You add or change relations and parties in BaseNeQXt, and Andri reads the new details the next time you ask.
Agenda and tasks
Andri reads your BaseNeQXt agenda: hearings, meetings, calls and tasks, including tasks past their due date. Ask about your own agenda across all your dossiers, or about everything planned on the linked dossier, including colleagues' appointments that are not private. Of private appointments, Andri sees only the time. Roll dates are known to Andri when they are in the agenda or in a task. You plan new appointments and tasks in BaseNeQXt, and Andri sees them the next time you ask.
Timeline and core facts
When the matter's owner opens the matter's timeline, Andri adds the linked dossier's appointments, open tasks, the number of emails filed per day and changes of responsible lawyer, each marked From BaseNet. The timeline covers appointments from 30 days back to 61 days ahead, and email from the past 30 days. Andri copies only items open to everyone at your firm, and nothing from a private dossier. Above the summary, Andri shows the dossier's Core facts, such as its number, client, parties, lawyers, court case number, status and dates; a private dossier has no core facts in Andri. You change these details in BaseNeQXt.
Your hours
Andri reads the time you registered on the linked dossier, with the total, so it can tell you what is already written and what is not.
Your BaseNeQXt mailbox
Andri works with your own BaseNeQXt mailbox, never a colleague's. It finds messages by subject, sender or date and sees their subject, sender, recipients and date. Of messages filed in the linked dossier, Andri reads the full text and the attachments.
To keep a message with the dossier, ask Andri to file it. The message goes into the linked dossier with its attachments, and every BaseNeQXt user of that dossier sees it. A message that is already in the dossier is not filed twice.
