Managing Reminders

Andri's Reminders feature helps you stay on top of case deadlines and follow-ups by sending email notifications at times you specify.

Before you begin: Make sure your email address is verified to receive reminder notifications.

Creating Reminders with /reminder

In your case chat, type /reminder followed by your reminder in natural language:

/reminder Follow up with client in 3 days

Andri understands natural time expressions like "tomorrow at 2pm," "in 3 days," "next Monday," or "on 15 March at 10:00."

Be specific about the action you need to take. The reminder email will include your message along with a link directly to the case.

Viewing All Reminders

To see all reminders for a case, open the left sidebar menu and select Reminders.

The Reminders page shows all scheduled reminders with their due dates and descriptions.

Managing Reminders

From the Reminders page, you can view upcoming reminders, check which reminders have been sent, and delete reminders you no longer need.

Reminder emails include a summary of the case and a direct link, so you can jump straight to your work when the time comes.
