Permissions, privacy and security of the BaseNeQXt connection

Andri works in BaseNeQXt with each lawyer's own account, so with the permissions that lawyer has there. Every user keeps the access rights set for them in BaseNeQXt.

Your own account and permissions

Every lawyer connects their own account, not one shared firm login. Private dossiers, partner-only information and HR information stay restricted. Of private appointments, Andri sees only the time. Andri reads only your own BaseNeQXt mailbox, never a colleague's.

Sign-in and sessions

Each lawyer signs in to BaseNeQXt once. The password is exchanged for a session and never stored. An admin can switch the BaseNeQXt connection off in Andri for the whole firm, which ends every member's BaseNeQXt session at once.

Who links and who writes

Only a matter's owner links it, and only to a dossier from their own caseload. Andri checks the link again on every call. In the chat, Andri writes in BaseNeQXt only when you ask, and tells you what it will write before it writes. A workflow writes in BaseNeQXt only through a Send Email step that someone added to it, as described in File your work in BaseNeQXt. Linking, unlinking and every write are recorded in the matter's audit trail.

Security at Andri

Andri is ISO 27001 certified by Kiwa and penetration tested by NCC Group (Fox-IT). All data stays in Europe, and Andri does not train models on your firm's data or documents. Read more in Safety and security.
