Understanding Support Credits and the Support Role

Support credits are a prepaid, firm-wide balance that lets support-role members use Andri without taking up a seat on your subscription.

What Support Credits Are

Support credits are prepaid credits for your support-role members. They are a firm-wide wallet that funds AI usage for staff who do not need a full seat. Support credits never expire and are shared by every support-role member in your firm. There is no per-person allocation.

What the Support Role Is

Support-role members can use chat and create case work product, but they are excluded from your per-seat billing. They do not count toward your plan's seats. Support credits are how they pay their way: a prepaid balance that lets them use Andri without taking up a seat.

Use the support role for paralegals, assistants, and external collaborators who need access to case work but do not require a full subscription seat.

How Support Credits Work

You pre-purchase support credits as a single firm-wide wallet. The credits never expire and are shared by every support-role member. They are spent at twice the standard rate. While a balance remains, support members can chat and create work product. When the wallet runs out, they can still read existing work but cannot create or edit until an admin tops it up.

Who Can Use Support Credits

Support credits are available on active Business plans. Any firm with 3 or more seats can use the support role on a 3:1 ratio. Contact us to arrange a custom arrangement.

Viewing Your Credits Balance

Click Company in the top navigation, then select Billing from the left sidebar. The Credits section shows your Premium and Support credit balances.

Buying Support Credits

Support credits can be purchased from the Billing page under the Credits section. If you do not see the option to buy support credits, make sure your firm is on an active Business plan and meets the seat requirement. Contact Andri support to enable support-role members or to arrange a custom arrangement.
