Not Receiving Verification Code or Invite

If you haven't received your verification code or team invite email, check your spam or junk folder first. Automated emails sometimes get filtered incorrectly.

Check Your Spam Folder

Look for emails from Andri AI in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you find it there, mark it as "not spam" to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.

No Invite from Admin

If you still don't see an invite after checking spam, the admin may not have sent it yet or the original invite failed to send.

Contact your team admin and ask them to resend the invite from the team settings.

Admins can resend invites by going to their team management section and sending a new invitation to your email address.

Still Having Issues

If you've checked spam and confirmed the admin sent an invite but still haven't received it:

  • Verify the admin is using the correct email address

  • Try using a different email address

If none of these steps work, contact Andri AI support for assistance.

Verification codes and invite emails typically arrive within a few minutes. Wait 5-10 minutes before requesting a new one.
