File your work in BaseNeQXt
Andri files documents and logs hours in the linked BaseNeQXt dossier when you ask. It tells you what it will write before it writes, and every write is recorded in the matter's audit trail.
Save a document in the dossier
Ask Andri to file a document it drafted, an attachment from the conversation or a file it fetched. Andri confirms the file and the subject with you, then stores it in the dossier under that subject: as an outgoing document with the dossier's client as its relation, or as an internal memo. To save a new version of a document already in the dossier, or another kind of document, use BaseNeQXt itself.
Log your hours
Ask Andri to register time on the dossier, with the date, the hours and a description of the work. You can add the firm's activity type and the billable hours when they differ from the hours worked. Andri tells you the entry before it writes it, because it lands on your timesheet in BaseNeQXt at once, under your own name; changes afterwards are made in BaseNeQXt. When the activity type matches none of your firm's activity types, Andri lists them so you can choose one.
Save an email draft
In the email draft panel of a linked matter, the button with the BaseNet logo (Save to your BaseNet drafts) puts the draft in your own Concepten (Drafts) in BaseNeQXt, linked to the dossier. You read it and send it from BaseNeQXt.
File an email
A message from your BaseNeQXt mailbox is filed to the dossier together with its attachments, as described in Work with the BaseNeQXt dossier in Andri.
Workflows
A workflow writes to BaseNeQXt through a Send Email step with BaseNet as the sender: the step sends from the matter owner's BaseNeQXt mailbox and files the email in the dossier. Documents and hours are filed from the chat.
