Use your firm or organisation's business email address to create your Andri account.
What you'll need: a business email address that uses your firm or organisation's domain.
Which email address should I use?
Create your account with your business email address. This is the email address connected to your firm or organisation's domain.
Examples of business email domains include addresses such as [email protected] or [email protected].
Which email addresses are not supported?
Personal or general email services are not supported for account creation. Do not use addresses from services such as:
Outlook or Hotmail
Gmail
other non-business email domains
If your Outlook address does not work during sign-up, use your firm's business email address instead.
Why does Andri require a business email address?
Andri is set up for firms and teams. During onboarding, you set up your organisation and invite colleagues. A business email address fits that setup.

If you are already using a business email address and it still does not work, contact Andri support and include the email domain you are trying to use.
