How it works
Each integration lets you connect your cloud storage and select documents to transfer to a case without downloading and re-uploading files manually.
Connect more than one to give yourself flexibility in how you manage case documents.
Email is separate
Connecting Gmail or Outlook lets Andri search and read your mailbox while you work on a case. It does not copy messages into the case. To bring mail and attachments in as documents, send them to the case's own email address. See Connect Google Workspace, Gmail, Microsoft 365, and Outlook.
