Grant admin consent for Andri in Microsoft 365

When you connect Microsoft 365, Outlook, or SharePoint in Andri, Microsoft may show the message Admin approval required (in Dutch: Beheerdersgoedkeuring vereist). This means an administrator of your firm's Microsoft 365 environment must authorize the Andri app once for your whole organisation. After that, everyone at your firm can connect without seeing this message.

Verify you are authorizing the right app

The Andri app is registered in Microsoft Entra as ANDRI AI B.V with application ID 5edf1c78-a7fe-483e-a5c0-cd852639f2aa. Before granting consent, check that the application ID on the permissions screen matches this value, so you are not authorizing a different app with a similar name.

These steps require an account that is authorized to consent on behalf of your organisation, such as a Cloud Application Administrator or Application Administrator. Forward this article to your IT administrator if you do not have one.

  1. Go to portal.azure.com and sign in with the admin account.

  2. Open Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and select Enterprise applications.

  3. Search for ANDRI AI B.V and open it.

  4. Check that the application ID is 5edf1c78-a7fe-483e-a5c0-cd852639f2aa.

  5. Under Security, open Permissions and click Grant admin consent for [your organisation].

  6. Confirm the consent in the sign-in window that appears.

Consent takes effect immediately. Retry the connection in Andri and it will complete without the approval message.

If ANDRI AI B.V does not appear in the list

The app only appears under Enterprise applications after someone at your firm has attempted to connect it once. Ask a colleague to retry the connection in Andri first, or grant consent directly by opening this link with the admin account: login.microsoftonline.com/organizations/adminconsent. Microsoft documents both routes in Grant tenant-wide admin consent to an application.

Admin consent authorizes the app for your organisation, but each user still connects their own account inside a case.

Once your administrator has granted consent, follow Connect Google Workspace, Gmail, Microsoft 365, and Outlook to connect your email, or Connect SharePoint and Google Drive for documents. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported; see Cannot connect a personal Microsoft account to Microsoft 365.
