BaseNeQXt and Andri: overview
The BaseNeQXt connection lets Andri work in your BaseNeQXt dossier. You link a matter in Andri to its dossier in BaseNeQXt; Andri then reads the documents in that dossier, answers with sources from it and, when you ask, files its work in BaseNeQXt and logs your hours there.
The connection works with BaseNeQXt Advanced and BaseNeQXt Ultimate.
How the connection works
Every lawyer connects BaseNeQXt with their own account, not one shared firm login. Andri works in BaseNeQXt with that lawyer's own account, so with the permissions that lawyer has there.
Reading: Andri reads BaseNeQXt at the moment you ask: the dossier, the parties, documents and filed email, your own mailbox, your agenda and tasks, and the hours you registered.
Copying: the documents you choose, you sync into the matter. Each sync is a one-time copy, never a mirror.
Writing: when you ask, Andri files a document or memo in the dossier, logs your hours under your own name or files an email in the dossier. It tells you what it will write before it writes.
Get started
A BaseNeQXt administrator at your firm switches the connection on in BaseNeQXt once. After that, every lawyer takes the remaining steps with their own account.
Have a BaseNeQXt administrator at your firm switch on Case Intelligence powered by Andri in BaseNeQXt.
In Andri, click the Personalisation icon in the top bar, next to your firm's name, and open Connectors.
Click Sign in next to BaseNet and sign in with your own BaseNeQXt username and password, not your Andri login.
Open a matter and link it to its dossier in BaseNeQXt.
Ask your question. From now on Andri works with the dossier.
