Connect your own BaseNeQXt account
Connect BaseNeQXt once in Personalisation, with your own BaseNeQXt username and password, not your Andri login. The connection stays with you rather than with a matter, so every matter you create can use it.
Before you begin: your firm works with BaseNeQXt Advanced or BaseNeQXt Ultimate, and a BaseNeQXt administrator at your firm has switched on Case Intelligence powered by Andri, as described in For administrators: enable the BaseNeQXt connection.
Sign in to BaseNeQXt from Andri
In Andri the connector is called BaseNet.
In the top bar, click the Personalisation icon next to your firm's name, and open Connectors.
Under Your firm's systems, click Sign in next to BaseNet.
Enter your BaseNeQXt Username and Password and click Sign in.
The BaseNet row now shows Signed in as, followed by your account. The password is exchanged for a session and never stored. You can also open Connectors from the apps menu in the top bar, under Your connections.
Next, link a matter to its dossier: Start a new matter from a BaseNeQXt dossier or Link an existing matter to a BaseNeQXt dossier.
Sign out of BaseNeQXt
Click Sign out in the BaseNet row and confirm. Andri stops working in BaseNeQXt for you until you sign in again.
