For administrators: enable the BaseNeQXt connection
A BaseNeQXt administrator at your firm switches on Case Intelligence powered by Andri in BaseNeQXt under Settings > Company > System, once for the whole firm. From then on, every lawyer at your firm can sign in to BaseNeQXt from Andri. In Andri the connection is on for every firm, so nothing needs switching on there.
The connection works with BaseNeQXt Advanced and BaseNeQXt Ultimate.
Prepare your lawyers' accounts
Each lawyer works with two accounts of their own:
An Andri account in your firm's company in Andri. Invite your colleagues as described in Inviting team members in Andri.
Their own BaseNeQXt login, with which they connect BaseNeQXt in Andri. Andri then sees only what that lawyer can see in BaseNeQXt, so the access rights you set in BaseNeQXt keep applying.
Each lawyer then connects their own account, as described in Connect your own BaseNeQXt account.
Switch the connection off for your firm
An admin can switch the BaseNeQXt connection off in Andri for the whole firm: open Company connectors and turn off the switch on the BaseNet tile. That ends every member's BaseNeQXt session at once. A lawyer who then uses BaseNeQXt in Andri sees that the firm has switched it off and is asked to contact an administrator.
