Which countries do you operate in?
Firms in the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Switzerland can subscribe to Andri, and you can open a matter under United Kingdom, Netherlands or Swiss law. Where your firm subscribes and which jurisdiction you work in are two separate things.
Where your firm can subscribe
You choose a region when you create your company: Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom or Switzerland. The region sets your billing currency and cannot be changed later. For firms on the Switzerland region, matter documents and the content Andri derives from them are stored in Switzerland.
Where you can open a matter
You choose a jurisdiction when you create a matter. United Kingdom and Netherlands are available to every firm. Switzerland is available to firms on the Switzerland region and to firms we have given early access.
Which law Andri searches
Andri searches the corpus for the jurisdiction you chose for the matter.
Netherlands: case law, legislation and tuchtrecht.
United Kingdom: case law, legislation and regulatory material.
Switzerland: case law, legislation, doctrine and regulatory material.
EU law, European Court of Human Rights judgments, Isle of Man and Jersey material, and guidance from the European supervisory authorities are searchable from every jurisdiction.
