Notifications and alerts
Andri's notification centre collects the events from your cases and your firm: new email, finished documents, matters shared with you, and more.
Accessing notifications
Click the bell icon in the top right corner to open the notification center.
The panel highlights unread items and splits the list into Today and Earlier. Scroll down for older items.
Types of notifications
Events that reach the notification centre include:
Company Invitation: someone invited you to join their firm. Accept or decline it from the notification.
New Email: an email arrived in a case inbox.
New SharePoint File: a file was added from a connected SharePoint site.
Matter shared with you: a colleague gave you access to their case.
Document Ready: a generated document has finished and can be downloaded from the notification.
Upload failed: one or more files in an upload could not be processed.
Tabular review ready and Tabular review failed: the outcome of a tabular review.
Workflows add their own: a run that finished, a step waiting for your approval, and a step waiting for you to answer a question. Each of those opens the run it belongs to.
If assignments are enabled for your firm, you are also notified when an assignment is delegated to you, when someone mentions you in an assignment comment, and when an assignment you own is due.
Managing notifications
Clicking a notification marks it as read, and several carry their own controls: accept or decline an invitation, download a finished document, or open the matter behind a failed upload. Workflow and assignment notifications take you to the run or the assignment they refer to.
Use Mark all read to clear the badge once you have reviewed everything. Dismiss removes a single notification and Clear all empties the list.
Notification preferences
Open Personalisation from the top bar and choose the Notifications tab, which holds three switches.
Sound on response complete: plays a sound when Andri finishes an answer.
Desktop notifications: sends a browser notification when Andri finishes while the tab is in the background. Your browser asks for permission the first time you turn this on.
Forwarding confirmations: emails you a confirmation listing the files Andri received when you forward documents into a case inbox. Switching it off applies to every one of your cases, and in-app notifications still appear.
Which events reach the notification centre is not configurable.
Emails Andri sends
Andri emails you when a reminder you asked for comes due, and when files you forwarded into a case inbox arrive, unless you switched forwarding confirmations off. Turn on after-hours case reflections in Personalisation and Andri emails a short reflection on the cases you worked on that day; reflections arrive by email only and do not appear in the notification centre.
Where else Andri warns you
Some warnings sit outside the notification centre. Your subscription status appears in its own dialog when it is ending, your monthly usage shows a warning with a link to your usage page, and a status message appears when a service such as chat or document generation is having problems.
