Notifications and Alerts
Andri's notification system keeps you informed about important events, completed tasks, team activity, and system updates.
Accessing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top right corner to open the notification center.
The notification panel displays all recent notifications with unread items highlighted.
Types of Notifications
Task completion: Alerts when background jobs finish, including Office file generation, large document processing, and simulation results.
Team activity: Notifications when team members invite you to a case, mention you in comments, or share documents.
System alerts: Important updates about subscription status, token usage warnings, and platform maintenance.
Reminders: Alerts for reminders you've set using the /reminder command.
Click any notification to jump directly to the relevant case, document, or task. This saves time navigating to important items.
Managing Notifications
Mark individual notifications as read by clicking them. Use Mark All as Read to clear the notification badge when you've reviewed everything.
Delete notifications you no longer need by clicking the X or trash icon. This keeps your notification list focused on current items.
Notification Preferences
Configure which types of notifications you receive by accessing notification settings from the gear icon (Personalisation). Choose between in-app notifications only, email notifications for critical items, or both in-app and email for all events.
Critical notifications like subscription issues or security alerts cannot be disabled. You'll always receive these to ensure you don't miss important account information.
Email Notifications
For enabled notification types, Andri sends email summaries to your registered email address. Email notifications include direct links to jump into Andri at the relevant location.
Control email notification frequency in your preferences: immediate (as events occur), daily digest (one summary per day), or off (in-app notifications only).
Notification History
The notification center maintains a history of recent notifications. Scroll down to view older items or use the filter to show specific notification types.
Enable email notifications for task completion if you work in Andri sporadically. This ensures you know when large jobs finish even when you're not actively using the platform.
