Understanding AI Responses and Citations
Andri provides detailed responses with citations to source documents and case law, allowing you to verify every claim and dive deeper into the research.
How Citations Work
When Andri answers a question, it cites the specific documents or cases it used to formulate the response. Citations appear as clickable references linked to the source material.
Click any citation to view the source document or case law directly. For document citations, Andri often includes the specific page number where the information appears.
Always verify important facts by clicking through to the cited sources. This ensures accuracy and allows you to see the full context.
Types of Citations
Document citations: References to files in your case or company knowledge base. These show the document name and often the specific page or section.
Case law citations: References to legal precedents from Andri's integrated legal databases. These link to the full case text and include proper legal citation format.
Legislation citations: References to statutes, regulations, or codes with links to the authoritative text from government sources like wetten.nl or UK legislation databases.
Verifying AI Claims
Review citations to confirm the AI interpreted source material correctly. While Andri is highly accurate, citations let you verify that the AI's conclusion matches the source content and context.
If a response lacks citations for factual claims, ask Andri to provide sources: "What is your source for this?" or "Cite the documents you used for this analysis."
For critical legal work, always review cited sources yourself. AI responses are starting points for research, not substitutes for professional judgment.
Using Feedback Buttons
Every AI response includes thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. Use these to provide feedback on response quality.
Click the thumbs down button if a response is inaccurate, unhelpful, or lacks necessary citations. Your feedback helps improve Andri's performance over time.
Feedback is anonymous and used only to improve the AI. It doesn't affect your account or usage in any way.
