Connecting Cloud Storage
Connect your SharePoint or Google Drive account to Andri to import files directly from your cloud storage into your cases.
Before you begin: Make sure you have admin or owner permissions for the SharePoint site or Google Drive account you want to connect.
Connecting SharePoint
From your case Knowledge Base, click the Connect button to see available cloud storage options.
Select the cloud storage service you want to connect.
For SharePoint, click Microsoft SharePoint and sign in with your Microsoft account when prompted.
Sign in with your Microsoft account when prompted. Grant Andri permission to access your SharePoint files. Once connected, you can browse your SharePoint folders and select files to import.
After connecting once, SharePoint remains connected for all your cases. You won't need to re-authorize for each case.
Connecting Google Drive
From the cloud storage options (shown above), click Google Drive.
Sign in with your Google account when prompted. Grant Andri permission to access your Google Drive files. Once connected, browse your Drive folders and import files directly into your case.
Importing Files from Cloud Storage
After connecting your cloud storage, browse through your folders to find the files you need. Select one or multiple files, then click Import. The files are copied into your case knowledge base and analyzed by Andri's AI.
Imported files are copies. Changes you make in SharePoint or Google Drive after import won't sync to Andri. Re-import files if you need updated versions.
Disconnecting Cloud Storage
To disconnect a cloud storage account, go to your Company settings and navigate to integrations. Click Disconnect next to the service you want to remove. This revokes Andri's access but doesn't affect files already imported into your cases.
Disconnecting cloud storage doesn't delete imported files from your cases. It only prevents future imports until you reconnect.
