Which file types can I upload to the case knowledge base in Andri AI?

You can upload PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG, XLSX, EML, ZIP (up to 500 MB), and audio files to a case knowledge base in Andri AI. Each file must be under 300 MB (500 MB for ZIP files), and you can upload up to 40 files at once.
