What Andri calculates
Describe the calculation in your own words and Andri recognises which method applies.
Maintenance. In Dutch matters, partneralimentatie follows the Trema norms, the hofnorm and the jusvergelijking, and kinderalimentatie follows the Nibud tables. In UK matters, child maintenance follows the statutory formula and Duxbury tables are used where spousal maintenance has to be capitalised.
Employment. Andri calculates the transitievergoeding from length of service and salary, and works through dismissal and settlement questions against the statutory framework and the case law.
Statutory interest. Wettelijke rente under articles 6:119 and 6:119a BW, and the UK equivalents under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act and section 17 of the Judgments Act 1838.
Limitation periods and damages. Andri works out when a claim expires and computes the loss from the figures in your case documents.
How to ask
In your case chat, describe what you need in natural language.
For example: "Calculate the transitievergoeding for an employee with 8 years service earning €45,000 annually" or "Prepare an alimony calculation based on the financial documents in the knowledge base."
Andri looks up the rates and tables for the current year before it calculates, works through the numbers rather than sending you to an external calculator, and sets out the calculation, the legal basis, and the citations behind it. Where something in the input remains uncertain, it says so in a line of its own.
