Connect SharePoint and Google Drive

Connect your SharePoint or Google Drive account to Andri to import files directly from your cloud storage into your cases.

Before you begin: You'll need an active SharePoint or Google Drive account with access to the files you want to import.

Connect cloud storage

  1. Open a case and navigate to the Knowledge section

  2. Click the Connect button in the cloud storage area

  1. Select either SharePoint or Google Drive from the options

  1. Sign in with your Microsoft or Google account when prompted

  2. Grant Andri permission to access your files

  3. Your connected storage appears in the Knowledge section

Import files from connected storage

Once connected, you can browse and import files from your SharePoint or Google Drive directly into your case. Files are automatically analyzed, summarized, and tagged by Andri.

Manage connected accounts

To disconnect or switch accounts, click the Connect button again and select a different storage option. You can connect multiple cloud storage services to the same case.

Disconnecting a cloud storage account removes access to those files in Andri. Files already imported into the case remain available.
